Refund Policy

Materials

You have seven calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item must be in the original packaging. The item needs to have a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Memberships

Once you have ordered the membership, you are not eligible for a refund.

Training course

Return policy/cancellation: After the payment and booking of the slot, the trainee is not entitled to refund the course within 10 days of its date, and in the event of postponing or canceling the training program by the Saudi Institute of Internal Auditors, another date will be set for the training program based on the agreement of both parties, knowing that you must apply for the cancellation of the course by e-mail.

Shipping policy

The Saudi institute of internal auditors shipping all items via carrier based on the area rate.

Orders placed after 01:00 pm (KSA time) will be processed the next working day.

Delivery time takes from 2 to 5 working days.

Once the package has been signed for, the product is under customer liability.

If your order has already been placed, you can no longer edit your order or change your address.  

If you want to cancel your order, log into your account and go to ‘My Orders’. For guest users, go to the ‘Track Your Order’ page. You can cancel your order up until the point where you receive a notification email that the items have been dispatched and sent to the address specified by you. If the items have been dispatched, your order can no longer be canceled.
